Hey! I’m Kahaan Vyas. I’m a composer and musician based in the Bay Area. I create music that draws from many sources of inspiration. From classical, film scores, jazz, rock n’ roll, and electronic dance music, I aim to fuse my many influences into a sound that is uniquely my own.

I composed music for a short film and attended a screen-scoring workshop at New York University, where I learned under industry professionals. I have taught classes at my school on music production, song form, and mixing. I also orchestrated the song “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” for a holiday performance that took place at a school-wide assembly.

I am a self-taught producer and mixer, and I primarily use Cubase and Sibelius for my music production and composition. My piano and music theory education has given me the skills to understand music from a technical perspective, and the wide range of my influences drives me to be consistently original.
